In what can only be described as a shocking turn of events, Kid Rock’s “No Snowflakes” tour has sold out all 30 of its shows in under an hour. Apparently, there are more people out there who are offended by snowflakes than we ever could have imagined.
For those who are unfamiliar with Kid Rock’s “No Snowflakes” tour, it’s basically a celebration of all things politically incorrect.
The tour’s name is a not-so-subtle jab at anyone who gets offended by anything, and the shows promise to be a wild ride of offensive jokes, crude humor, and possibly even some good old-fashioned racism.
But apparently, this is exactly what the people want. Despite the fact that Kid Rock’s music hasn’t been relevant since the early 2000s, his fans are still clamoring to see him perform live. And they’re willing to pay top dollar for the privilege.
It’s a sad state of affairs when people are more interested in seeing a washed-up rocker spew offensive nonsense than they are in actually listening to good music. But I guess that’s just the world we live in now.
Of course, Kid Rock is thrilled with the success of his tour. In a recent interview, he said, “I knew there were still people out there who weren’t afraid to speak their minds. I’m just glad I can give them a platform to do so.”
It’s unclear what this means for the future of music or even society as a whole. But one thing is for sure: if you’re easily offended, you might want to steer clear of Kid Rock’s “No Snowflakes” tour. And if you’re not, well, you might want to reevaluate your priorities.
