Alyssa Milano has found herself in an uncomfortable situation after a luxury Maserati belonging to Miley Cyrus was involved in a Hollywood crash. What makes the incident even more unusual is that the person allegedly driving the vehicle reportedly left the scene on foot.
Witnesses told investigators that Milano was behind the wheel when the expensive sports car slammed into a concrete median. The impact left the vehicle badly damaged, turning what should have been an ordinary drive into a potentially costly legal problem. But instead of waiting for authorities, the driver allegedly walked away from the wreck.
Police were left with a damaged Maserati, several witnesses, and one important question: who had been driving the car? Detectives didn’t need much time to find an answer. Within three hours, they had reportedly identified Milano as the person they wanted to question.
The bigger surprise came when investigators established who actually owned the vehicle. It belonged to Miley Cyrus.
Cyrus was reportedly nowhere near the crash when it happened and had no idea her Maserati was being driven around Hollywood. She was apparently just as surprised as anyone else when she learned that her expensive car had ended up against a concrete barrier.
According to the account, Cyrus is now demanding an explanation from Milano. She also wants the actress to take responsibility for the damage rather than leaving her with an expensive repair bill.
The singer reportedly doesn’t understand how Milano got access to the keys or why she was driving the vehicle without her knowledge. And considering the condition of the Maserati, that’s not a small concern.
Repairing a luxury sports car after a serious collision can cost a fortune. Depending on the damage to the body, engine components, and suspension, the final bill could be substantial. Cyrus apparently expects the person responsible to cover every dollar.
Meanwhile, the police investigation is taking a more serious direction. Detectives are reportedly asking a judge to authorize a blood test as they attempt to establish whether alcohol or other substances played a role in the crash. That request suggests investigators aren’t treating the incident as a simple traffic accident.
They also want to understand why the driver allegedly left the scene instead of remaining there to speak with officers.
For Milano, the situation could become considerably more complicated if investigators uncover additional evidence. A court appearance is now part of the picture, and the actress may have to answer questions about both the accident and her connection to Cyrus’s vehicle.
The whole episode has also left Cyrus dealing with a problem she never expected. She wasn’t involved in the collision, wasn’t present when it happened, and now has to deal with the consequences of a wrecked luxury car.
It’s one thing to lend someone a vehicle and expect them to return it in the same condition. It’s quite another to discover that your Maserati has been driven into a concrete median and the person behind the wheel allegedly disappeared.
The investigation is still unfolding, but the questions are already piling up. How did Milano get the keys? Why was she driving Cyrus’s car? And what exactly happened in the moments before the Maserati crashed?
For now, Cyrus wants her car repaired, detectives want answers, and Milano has a potentially expensive explanation to give. A Hollywood night out has turned into a situation that could cost far more than anyone expected.
