Elon Musk says he has taken an unusual step in his ongoing criticism of Anthony Fauci, claiming that he acquired Fauci’s property through a private trust and is now preparing to begin the eviction process.
Musk said the purchase was completed through the trust specifically so that the transaction could move forward without drawing immediate attention to his involvement.
“You cannot arrest him, but you can certainly make his life difficult,” Musk said. “The property was bought via the trust, and the lawyers have already begun the eviction process.”
According to Musk, his attorneys have already started reviewing the relevant documents and preparing the necessary legal filings.
The billionaire described the move as another way of applying pressure without directly confronting Fauci.
Musk has been a vocal critic of Fauci for years, particularly over the former government health official’s role during the COVID-19 pandemic. The two have frequently found themselves on opposite sides of political and public debates.
Now, Musk claims the dispute has moved from social media and public statements to a property-related legal battle.
He also claimed that Fauci had spent heavily on security and had entered into a five-year agreement to protect himself and the property.
Musk said those arrangements could now become an expensive problem.
“I am just calling the note due; there’s no way to run now,” Musk added.
The comments suggest that Musk believes the property purchase could put Fauci under additional financial and legal pressure.
According to Musk, the security arrangements were made with the expectation that Fauci would remain at the property for an extended period. With ownership now allegedly transferred to Musk’s private trust, however, he says those plans could face significant changes.
The billionaire emphasized that he intends to keep the matter within the legal system.
“This isn’t about showing up and creating a confrontation,” Musk said. “The lawyers are handling everything, and we’ll follow the process.”
The alleged eviction effort has sparked attention because of the unusual circumstances surrounding the dispute.
Property purchases through trusts are common for privacy and estate-planning purposes, but Musk’s claimed motivation makes this situation particularly unusual.
Fauci has not publicly responded to the claims or indicated whether he intends to challenge the eviction.
If the matter does proceed to court, the dispute could involve questions surrounding the property’s ownership, any existing agreements and the rights of the occupants.
Musk said he is prepared to let his attorneys handle those questions.
He also suggested that the move should not be interpreted as an attempt to bypass the legal system.
“Everything has to be done properly,” Musk said. “That’s what the lawyers are there for.”
The alleged purchase would represent another dramatic development in Musk’s long-running criticism of Fauci.
What began as a political and public-health disagreement has now, in this account, turned into a dispute involving real estate and an attempted eviction.
Whether the claimed eviction process ultimately succeeds remains uncertain.
For now, Musk says the paperwork is underway and that he intends to see the process through.
“I bought the property through the trust, and now we’re dealing with the legal side of it,” Musk said.
Fauci has yet to respond publicly, leaving the next move unclear.
If the dispute continues, it could become one of the most unusual chapters in the long-running feud between Musk and Fauci.
